8. Termination Both parties reserve the right to terminate services with written notice. Any ongoing commitments, payments, or commissions will be addressed according to the terms agreed upon.
9. Legal Obligations Clients are responsible for adhering to legal requirements in property transactions. The Agency is not liable for any legal disputes arising from false information, non-disclosure, or violation of regulations by clients.
10. Limitation of Liability The Agency is not liable for any financial loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence or intentional wrongdoing.
11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Marbella. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Marbella.
