The motto of Marbella is 'A Way of Life' and, certainly, this luxurious resort seems to have it all.

Daily you can travel from all over Europe to Malaga Airport in southern Andalucia. Within 30 minutes you arrive in the city Marbella, the California of Europe with its microclimate with 320 days of sunshine and an average temperature over 20 Celsius. The old town oozes with charm and is a well worth visit with its beautiful parks, Andalusian cafes, fountains and white narrow streets. Marbella is surrounded by a beautiful nature, cities like Granada, Ronda, Cordoba and Sevilla with its fascinating Moorish architecture.

From Guadalalmina to Cabopino, the Marbella coastline stretches along some 26 kilometres of sunny beaches bathed by the Mediterranean and where you can enjoy traditional fish and seafood favourites like sardines on a split, fried fish and the incomparable paella.

Furthermore, Marbella has great sports facilities. Here is a golfer's paradise with over 50 courses playable all year round. Tennis, squash, waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, scuba-diving, horse riding await the sports enthusiast. Just two and a half hours drive from Marbella lies the Sierra Nevada one of the world's best equipped and modern ski centres. Imagine; skiing in the morning and a sunbath on the beach in the afternoon!

The jet-set life is to be found in Puerto Banus. This is the place to be pampered yachtside and watch the world go by or window shop at one of several of the world renowned fashion houses and boutiques. The port has grown considerably over the years and now includes a casino, commercial shopping centre, El Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown in their original soundtrack. The nightlife is buzzing here with afresco bars, piano clubs and discos which are open dusk until dawn.

Golf, The Costa del Sol is the prime golfing destination in Europe and is often referred to as the Costa del Golf. The Marbella area has more than 50 golf courses for all levels. Famous golf courses : Valderama, Santa Maria, La Quinta, Las Brisas, San Roque, Los Naranjos, Rio Real.

Exploren Andalucia, Within easy striking distance you can visit many nice places such as Ronda, Sevilla, Cordoba and other nice white hilltop villages. Discover these magic places dating back to the Moorish occupation of Spain. These are just some delights to be discovered not to mention Gibraltar and the mysterious world of North Africa just 20 km across the Straits of Gibraltar.
