With an area of 13,000m2 and a beach concession of 1,200m2, Laguna is located in the area known as the New Golden Mile, between Estepona and Marbella, one of the most privileged locations in southern Europe with connections to the main towns on the Costa del Sol. This new leisure complex is being built by the Pacha Group with an investment of over 16 million euros and will be opened by March 2024.
The Pacha Group first started in 1967 with their first club in Sitges, Barcelona and then opened their well-known Club in Ibiza in 1973, since then they have gone on strength to strength with beach clubs, hotels and restaurants all over the world. The new Pacha Laguna has been commissioned to the architectural studio of Archidom Studio which has been inspired by the Sierra Bermeja mountain, the undulations transmitted by the course of the Padrón river and the breadth of the landscape of the Padrón beach, all of this being reflected in their design, the dune-shaped roof, use of natural materials, overhangs of up to 5m to maintain the coolness in summer.
The new Pacha Laguna, designed to host an exclusive hotel, restaurant and boutiques, has dimensions of 3,000m2 distributed over two floors, with privileged views of the sea, an outdoor space with an infinity pool centred on a new plaza, a beach club and a great place to create amazing memories.
